In 2019 Monteco has obtained successfully the PED mod. 01 Certification from the Body DNV-GL. This result will allow to provide to our Clients a wider and wider supply service in the sector of the gas pipes fabrication.

September the 2nd was held in Monteco a technical workshop of one of our major customer who thus showed the development of some product lines to a group of 35 engineers and designers from different South Korean shipyards. The decision to hold this event in Monteco is due to the fact that we wanted to show participants the high technical and organizational level of the manufacturing where they are produced and tested which are then installed all over the world.

Monteco in 2015 celebrated 20 years of activity. An important milestone that management wanted to share with all staff and their families by organizing a happy party just inside of the workplace to make the event even more tangible way. The speeches of Mr. M. Magni,  the Director, Mr. Leonello Colombo, the President, and Mr. Marco Colombo, the co-founder, focused on the importance of the moment by thanking all those who, through their commitment and professionalism, have enabled the company to reach this milestone, projecting our reality to new future development goals and successes.

The prestigious business magazine "PREMIUM" linked by "Il Sole 24 Ore" the main italian economic newspaper, published an article with the interview with the Founders illustrating the history and the Company's success.

Monteco worked for years with the prestigious Masters Federation of Labour of Italy that promotes numerous initiatives in the field of work and civil context. The aim is training young people as citizens and future workers helping to develop a sense of responsibility, commitment and self-discipline.

In the wake of this social mission, this year we welcomed the third class of the Middle School "A. Manzoni" of Burago Molgora to which one of our Founders, Mr. Marco Colombo, illustrated through a presentation of our activity. Then the guys have visited our offices and our factory where they could try their hand at first in the use of computers and witness as first some significant stages of production such as welding, assembly and painting.

A refreshments and a smiling group photography sealed the conclusion of the visit.

From this experience they will prompt the students to develop a classwork which will be awarded by the jury of the Association of Labour Masters with the presence of our Director M. Magni.
