Engineering The technical department manages the entire construction development of the systems, starting from the documentation provided by the client — “P&ID, technical specifications, datasheets, regulatory requirements” — and carries out all preliminary activities: information verification, feasibility studies, and engineering of the solutions. The objective is to define a complete and consistent construction model, relieving the client from the typical criticalities of interfacing with production departments. The strength of the organization lies in the combination of engineering expertise, manufacturing experience, and a certified quality system, ensuring reliable and timely solutions. The Technical Department uses 2D/3D CAD software to model assemblies, piping, steel structures, and mechanical components, ensuring “compliance with specifications, dimensional control, and integration with internal production processes.” Each output is developed with careful attention to manufacturability, operational safety, and compliance with applicable standards. At the end of the process, project documentation packages are produced for both workshop and client, including construction drawings, bills of materials, assembly diagrams, layouts, production specifications, operating instructions, quality documentation, traceability, and revision management. The service is complemented by a set of specialized analyses and verifications that support the feasibility and reliability of the systems. These include structural analyses, lifting studies, foundation analysis, vibration analysis, piping stress analysis, PED certifications for piping or vessels, and evaluations related to seismic, wind, and snow loads based on the installation site. These activities complete the engineering process, ensuring compliant, safe systems fully aligned with client expectations.
