The design of our systems is developed by an engineering department specialized in in-house qualified welding processes (ASME and EN standards), as well as in the fabrication of steel structures and mechanical components. This vertical integration enables us to guarantee lead times even when managing multiple projects simultaneously. We operate in segregated environments for carbon steel and stainless steel welding, and we have an in-house painting department to accelerate the production cycle. Thanks to our production capacity and internal know-how, we are able to manage complex assemblies, ensuring technical consistency, quality, and continuity throughout the entire manufacturing process. We are able to adapt to customer requirements by tailoring the scope of supply according to the complexity of the project. Systems can be delivered on a turnkey basis, complete with electrical systems, wiring, and all required functional testing. The skids can also be equipped with electrical tracing, insulation, and supplied complete with spare parts. Upon request, we can also manage packaging activities in-house. We operate a complete testing ecosystem designed to support every stage of development, qualification, and validation of your products: A testing facility for functional tests with multi-voltage 50/60Hz electrical power supply. Dedicated testing lines for systems operating with fluids such as oil or water. A segregated area for safely performing high-pressure tests, both with water and gas, above 1,000 bar.
