Monteco was estabilished in 1995 by collecting more than twenty years of experience in various industrial fields: food, environment, energy, mechanical.

Our approach is to support clients in achieving their goals and purposes, in this direction so far has been marked by our continuos growth and our development.

Our core business is focused on qualified welding (ASME IX - UNI EN 10614 – PED Annex III DIRECTIVE 2014/68/EU ON) and the ability to complex assemblies that joined to the services (Research & Development, Design, Construction, Testing and Technical Assistance) offered for the realization of the equipments, are such that meet all requirements dictated by operational requirements, and the process of our customers.

Our 4800 sqm shelted production area counts high specialized workers equipped as follows::

dedicated welding area to working with carbon steel and stainless steel
liquid painting plant with oven drying
warehouse for account work
mounting and wiring area
testing room with multi- voltage and multi-frequency power supply, where are executed pressure, inspections and functional tests even in the presence of classification authorities (ABS, Ri.Na., Lloyd's Register, DNV, BV, etc..)
"Clean room" for assembly into purified atmosphere

PIPING AND SPECIAL WORKS

Monteco over the years has specialized in the production of piping, made with welding fittings, in carbon steel or in stainless steel.

We have also gained experience in construction of different components for special applications.

Pipes, manifolds, or machines parts demands are made on customer design and specifications.
The welding operations are performed by qualified personnel according to ASME IX - EN 15614 – PED ANNEX III DIRECTIVE 2014/68/EU ON (certificated by da DNV-GL); non-destructive testing and inspections can be also performed by external classification societies witness (ABS, Ri.Na., Lloyd Register, DNV-GL, Bureau Veritas, etc ...).
We can provide the finished product with surface treatment according to customer specification.
Our technical department is always helpful for providing any technical assistance during the design and the realization phases of your products.

SKID AND MODULES

The know-how acquired over the years led Monteco to specialize in the production of skids and modules.

Systems are produced according to customer specifications or – if required - in collaboration with our technical department. Our particular engineering/industrial approach is applied both to individual and special products and to mass production.

The products are equipped complete with:

carpentry structures
piping
components
Wired electrical components

Eventually, we can purchase components yet realized from the market; otherwise our costumers can supply components for manufacturing purposes. Finished plants are tested according to specific procedures, even at the presence of external classification societies. Finished products with a suitable package can be delivered both to the customer and to the end user.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES

Our technical support is the key that raises Monteco above the plant design landscape. The development of engineering in very close contact with the production allows us to break down problems that could occur between the two phases.

Therefore, we can be fully available to your products development by making:

Analysis of feasibility and virtual study of the product with CAD systems;
Research and application of new and innovative technologies;
the preliminary design and economic analysis;
the definition and implementation of the executive project;
the technical documentation and the necessary certification.

We assist the client in the development of new products, following him step by step, from the design to the construction of working prototypes; up to the organization of mass production.
