Multiple dosing skid
ExxonMobil’s CRISP is one of the world’s largest refinery–chemicals integration projects, carried out at the integrated manufacturing complex on Jurong Island (Singapore).
It comprises new units and revamping works to expand the production of clean fuels and lubricant base stocks.
Site: Singapore Chemical Plant / Raffinerie PAC e Jurong
Location: Jurong Island (Singapore)
Final customer: ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd
Year: 2019/2020
Incremental capacity: +48,000 bpd of low-sulphur fuels, +20,000 bpd of lubricant bases

What we have worked on
Monteco took part in this project by manufacturing 12 dosing skids of various sizes and, on behalf of the dosing pump supplier, overseeing their integration onto skids complete with all the auxiliary units required for their proper operation.
The piping design, particularly that of the 10 head-pump skid, presented a challenge in terms of reducing lead time.
The piping was manufactured entirely according to the drawings, with no pre-assembly. Assembly took place immediately after the hydraulic tests. This was made possible thanks to the precision of the 3D model and the manufacturing tolerances.
